Sr. Memory Design Engineer (DRAM / DDR):

A growing company in the Austin, TX area is looking for candidates nationwide willing to relocate to the Austin, TX area. Once again, the position is in Austin. This person will participate in cross functional teams to develop new High Speed Memory ICs; perform digital, mixed signal, analog design and simulation; and simulate modules and full-chip environments. This person will interface with and support: architects, product and test engineering, CAD, layout, applications, technology development, marketing, development systems, manufacturing and other design engineers.

Senior IC Design Engineer Qualifications:


* BSEE or equivalent (required)

* MSEE (preferred)

* Experience doing circuit design for the DRAM side of DDR interfaces is required

* Someone who has done circuit design right around the pads

* High Speed Memory Design experience is required

* Experience in digital design and project management skills (required)

* Analog and Mixed signal design (required)

* Transistor-level design experience (required)

* Memory design experience (required) such as SRAM, ROM, EEPROM, Flash, MRAM, DRAM, etc.

* Strong communication skills (required)
